2. and open your phone files
3. and then you have open your my computer music.
4. select the music and copy your phone's music folder.
5. and paste it

i have just purchased a usb cable for my samsung c3050. can someone tell me how to download songs from my pc to my phone?
PS i dont have a disc

This phonr doesnt support A2DP profiles, so u cant play songs throgh bluetooth headset

1. Is bluetooth off? It won't connect to the computer if Bluetooth is still on.
2. Try setting the phone to the media mode, not the pc studio mode, then try copy/pasting.
3. Try using the Samsung PC studio software.

you cant. you will have to go to ventones.com and upload ur music. then you will send ur ringtone as a text to ur phone and download it...

Drivers are not needed for XP or Vista. To Connect your phone to your pc, Plug it in, Cancel the connection wizard. On your phone go to tools, Mass Storage... and Connect to pc. Drivers will then be installed, and you have acess to the files on the memory card to transfer MP3's and pics

Well, simple, you got micro SD with the phone didnt you?

Get the USB cord out and save to the Micro SD in the phone.

The easiest solution is to just simply put the micro SD adapter in your computer along with the MINI SD that goes into the phone, open the file folder and copy straight to it.

Limewire.com is what I use to get all my songs, so I would suggest getting them from there, make sure you have a good anti-virus up and running.

If you did not get the micro sd with your phone, you can get them at radio shack for 20 bucks. You need the micro SD and adapter.

To transfer files using PC Studio, from a PC to the handset, follow the steps below:

1. These instructions assume you currently have PC Studio. If you do not, please check the Samsung Accessories site to purchase the software.
2. If the application is not yet installed, insert the CD into the drive on your PC and follow the on screen instructions to install PC Studio 3.0 (version 3.0.1)
   NOTE: DO NOT CONNECT USB CABLE DURING PC STUDIO INSTALLATION
3. Confirm the handset's USB mode is set to PC Studio by following the steps below:
   • While in standby mode, press the left soft key for Menu
   • Select Settings (9)
   • Select Connectivity (6)
   • Choose Select USB Mode (4)
   • Highlight PC Studio, using the navigation keys
   • Press the left soft key to Save the USB Mode settings
4. Launch PC Studio 3.0 (version 3.0.1), you will see "Not Connected" in the bottom right corner
5. Plug the USB cable into both the handset & the PC, you will now see "SGH-a727 Connected" in the bottom right corner (See example below)
   
6. Click on Transfer Files, you will now see the PC Studio Phone Explorer appear
   
7. Navigate to the location of the file(s) to transfer then highlight the desired file(s)
8. Click on To Phone, on the Phone Explorer menu bar (See example above) to copy to the handset
9. From the Search Folder screen, Navigate to the desired destination on the handset
10. Click OK to copy the selected file to the handset's memory

PC Studio Checklist:

1. Make sure your USB or Serial cable is compatible with your phone model. You can always check for the correct data cable by looking at the model number on samsungmobile.com in your phone's accessories section.
2. If you are using a Bluetooth dongle or IrDA port as your connection, the necessary driver(s) should be provided with their data kit and should be correctly installed and set up prior to the installation of PC Studio.

Hints & Tips:

• Remember to select file formats and file sizes supported by the phone when uploading files to the phone from the PC.
• Remember to select the correct destination folder in the phone when uploading files to the phone from the PC (e.g. mp3/aac files-> music folder, jpeg/gif files-> downloaded images folder, 3gp/mpeg4 files-> downloaded videos folder...)
