Cant access tech rep mode

Before replacing the IU select Utility - Meter count - Check details- Stop 00 Stop 01,enter 00000000 END,select Tech.Rep.Mode - Counter - Special parts counter-PC life.Press the Clear key to clear the counter value.Select IC life and clear the counter value.Turn OFF the copier and remove IU unit.After installing the new IU unit select Tehc.Rep.Mode -Function-F8 and press START.After 2 minutes the developer is initialized to make a copies.

What are trying to reset. DONT MESS with stuff in Tech rep mode can cause serious problems. What are trying to reset!!!!!!!! CODE???

Go to Tech. Rep. Mode screen then press [ Counter] --> [Special Counter] -> [Developer count] -> [Clear]--> [Exit]. Then turn off main switch 10 secs. turn it On.

there is a 8301 but no 8103 for a Bizhub 350

1. Press the Utility/Counter key.
2. Touch [Check Detail].
3. Press the following keys in this order.
Stop ? 0 ? 0 ? Stop ? 0 ? 1


Then


1. Call the Tech. Rep. Mode to the screen.
2. Touch the [Administrator # Initialize].
3. Select [Yes] and touch [Enter]. defaults the PW 12345678

I looked through the service manual for this and I see "tech rep mode" listed. I don't think you can access this from your digital screen, but look for it. Other than that it suggested opening the "front door" and closing it again with the power on to reset. Hope this helps. If you manage to access the Tech Rep mode, there is a button to press to reset the machine...

tha minolta di3510 developer unit looks the same as the unit for the konica minolta bizhub 350 but the toner sensor in the minolta unit uses a different voltage range for the toner sensor and it will throw this code make sure you have the correct unit for this machine also you can try this
go back into tech rep mode and change these settings:
select tech rep choice mode
select printer tab
select atdc sensor gain
set the value to about 165
then back all the way out to the ready screen and power the machine off then back on and replenish toner in the user management screen.

You need to go into tech rep mode to reset.
press: stop 0 0 stop 0 1, then 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0, press enter, then press counter on the left, select life, then highlight image trans roller and press the C button, repeat for paper dust remover and exit tech rep mode

Utility/Counter -> Details -> [STOP][0][0][STOP][0][1]
Go to counter and clear the life of the developer and drums and then run F8 from functions.
