We need 3 different ring tones for Vodavi 30 button executive key telephone.

if green means in use, then there is a short somewhere in that line. do you get a dialtone?

System Time/Date can be set via admin programming or using feature code 692.

To set using the feature code:

1. Dial [692] on the dial pad. A confirmation tone will sound.

2. Enter date and time as follows: YYMMDDHHMM

When the correct number of digits are entered, a confirmation tone will sound.

3. Press the ON/OFF button (SPEAKER button on IP Phone) to OFF to update the display.

YY = Year (00-99) HH = Hour (00-23)

MM = Month (01-12) MM = Minute (00-59)

DD = Day (01-31)

Do you have STS phone system?

you have to set the time on the system through extension 100, should be instructions in the user hand book.

Headset mode requires a button. In addition, the speakerphone needs to be disabled in admin programming.
