Does the cycle signal need to be on? I've tried with and without it on. The washer will not continuously washin thru a whole cycle.
My washer is doing the same thing and I was wondering if you found out what the problem was
Did you fix it? If so, how? Mine is doing the same and its driving me crazy.
Does it say on the display why it stops? Check and make sure that the start button isn't sticking in when you push it. Clean your filter? Im not sure about these new washers. There is toooo many things that can go wrong with them. I like the plain old top loaders myself. Most of them I have delt with will give an error code or something.
If the unit is washing properly, as far as you can tell, but it won't stop spinning, then I would have a professional look at the control panel and timer to be diagnosed because there seems to be in miscommunication.
