Please check how many Mb free disk space you currently have on your transcend device as the description of the pop up message sounds like the default error message from the operating system stating that the file you're trying to transfer is too large to fit on the destination drive. Perhaps try copying and pasting a smaller file first just to make sure that there's nothing wrong with the drive before attempting to transfer such a large file.

If you are getting a corrupted data message you can try to run disk cleanup on the drive to see if this fixes the problem.

If this does not fix the problem then you will need to backup your files off the drive and do a full format. If you still have trouble after formatting the drive this is a sign that the drive is failing.

Well I don't think so that it's because of big video size.
What error you got when try to copy these file to computer?

(Video size metter's when you try to copy these big file to low memory (less memory then file size) hard disk. may be there is no enough space to copy these file on HDD, So please check disk space in your computer before copying files) Post further comments for more help or information........

It looks like your external hard disk in FAT32 system and outlook messages file .PST is more then 4GB.

To know the file system of the Hard Disk right click on the drive select properties.

Check your file system first. FAT32 will not support more than file size of 4GB.



There are 2 options to copy.

1. Split the .PST in to 2 or more outlook data file

or

2. Convert the FAT32 System to NTFS.

To convert from FAT32 to NTFS. go to following link

The "path" is the full name of a file or a folder, e.g.,

C:\Documents and Settings\User\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5

If the path has too many characters, you get the error-message that you reported.

If you can, rename one of the folders, using a shorter name.

If your drive is partitioned with FAT32 then it cannot copy larger files. You have to format it using NTFS.

try to make image of dvd rather than coping...U can do this by nero copy disc option..

I used to get this problem until i updated my USB drivers. Or try a different USB port. I only have USB 1.1 and this device is 2.0. They should be inter-compatible but you know how these things are sometimes. Make sure the temp of the drive is reasonable too, I've not had heat problems with this one but i have with other external drives in the past.

try dragging the files into the folder you want, instead of just copying them. because your psp is recognised as a mass storage device, it will copy the files onto the memory stick when you move it instead of physically moving it like it would if you moved it to a folder on your hard drive. good luck!
