I have an HTC touch diamond which is unlocked but branded to Vodafone. I have an O2 sim and I am having trouble setting the phone up for mms and wap. O2 are no help as they have no settings for the phone. Please help

Because for these model/provider, the network provider changes the code of the phone after receiving them from factory, so code will not work

You need to change settings for MMS. As it has Voda branding you may face dificulties, but you can do changes manually. After change do restart.

You will need to get the settings from your service provider (people who supply your sim) and check with them that mms and gprs is enabled on your sim. Enter the settings they give you in the connection settings screen on the phone
(start -> Settings ->connections->gprs (if the phone menus are still at there default)
one set for mms and another for gprs
for gprs
select menu->add
input the settings and set "connects to" to internet

for mms
select menu->add
input the settings and set "connects to" to mms
