Hi. My bets are on the power board. Replace that and you'll be good to go.
When you have the back off check for any fuses on the power board. Maybe you don't need to replace the board. Good luck

1. Check all cable and input connections are secure & all are tightly connected.
2.Check power cords and also power outlet , if possible try to unplug and reconnect . A replacement of power cable or use another power outlet is another good option.
3. If you are sure that power is reaching your TV(check it out with a test lamp that both neutral & ground or earthing is functioning, i.e. the test lamp glows) then probably the power board needs replacement.

My Panasonic PT-50LC13 HDTV won't turn on. No blinking lights, nothing. Was working fine a couple of hours before and only unplugged it to move it to a different table a couple feet away. Hasn't worked...

Did you use a new electrical outlet? If so, have you confirmed the new outlet has power?
Did you try moving the TV back to the original outlet and confirm the TV will not power up?

TV won't turn on power light flashes 10 times

Switch off the TV from remote, then switch off the on/off button on the TV, remove the plug pin from the power outlet. Cool off for 48 hours and then retry. If nothing works, better refer it to a qualified service technician.
