Hi Hernould,
First of all thank you for posting your question here at Fixya.com.
My first advice is to do system reset by unplugging the unit from the outlet(AC source) for at least 1 hour to refresh it and back to factory settings.
If the symptoms remain the same after the system reset, this is an indication that there's a faulty board inside. The symptoms you've described indicated that the T-con board, inverter board, power supply board, backlight of your unit is working but there's a problem on the mainboard that's why it display the words "No Signal" and unresponsive to remote control and front panel button key.
The mainboard has a lot of circuitry that has each functions. Suspected faulty circuitry on the mainboard are the Microcomputer, AV circuitry, I/O circuitry, EEPROM. Click it HERE for the mainboard replacement.
But before you replace the mainboard I would advice you to inspect the electrolytic capacitor on the power supply board feeding the mainboard. If one of the supply voltage is gone to malfunction, the circuitry on the mainboard will be disable. Check the encircled capacitor.
Most of the faulty electrolytic capacitor has a physical indication of fault like bulged/dome at the top and can be easily identify through visual inspection. See sample picture below of faulty capacitor with dome at the top.
Also, don't forget to check if your unit is under warranty period before an attempt to open the back cover, avail it because the manufacturer will fix it for free.
Please let me know if you need further assistance.

Have a nice day!
Good luck and take care!
