if your smps working properly in another pc your motherboard is faulty. you have repair it. but beofre this you should chek power cable or your power point.

i am also having the same PC, its mreally hard to open the cabinet, you need to remove almost 30 screws, i did of my own, but its very complicated, if u want any suggestions to remove give me reply. Bye
