I have a broken cilp on the safety belt of my evenflo aura stroller. I tried the evenflo website, even wrote the cus service and was told that the belt is factory installed and cannot be replaced. I need the small clip that hooks into the center belt not the permanent center piece, HELP PLEASE, I can't use my stroller without it...thanks

You should contact evenflo for a replacement part- or else you can order them if you follow the link - it takes you to the ordering page on their website for replacement parts- https://plweb.evenflo.com/product_search.aspx?txSearchModelNo=5881485a&txSearchDOM=2/4/2004
do you have the instructions?? if not goto ww.evenflo.com to get them they give you step by step directions on how to install your car seat! If you have a problem with the base not being tight and floping all over then try rolling a towel tightly and putting in the dip of your seat and then fastening the base down, I usually put to towel down then put the clip on the seat belt a little short of being able to fasten it in, so then I can put all my weight on the base and clip the latch in! It just makes it so much easier and a lot tighter then it would have been in the first place
I own two evenflo strollers- from the pictures I believe it's the same exact stroller. Mine don't have "buttons" to lay down the seat.. instead they have a "cord" like a belt in the back towards the top- you can let some out to lay the seat down- or else pull it tight and it will 'raise' the seat to a sitting position! The 'belt/rope" for adjusting has a D-ring on the end of it- so look for that towards the top center in the back (under the handle bar).
check the label on the back of seat and find model and date. My Evenflo Aura( same as on the picture above) was model # 1782478 and the date of product was 081706. With those numbers go to: https://plweb.evenflo.com/product_detail.aspx?prodid=11263 Rear whells are for $19.90 and shipping is $9 Sorry for my English, but nobody wants to teach me English in communist Poland twenty years ago :)
I don't find one online, but I bet you could email the person that wrote this review:
