Displaying the Caller is not related to your computer, if the other person sees you and you can see yourself then the problem is not on your computer its most likely on the other persons computer.

I'm sorry but this old camera is only supported on operating systems, windows 2000 and older, it might work on vista if you just plug it in, if not then it wont.

I'm sorry the webcam is only supported on Windows XP and newer.

It won't work on ME as its nolonger supported and no one, not even microsoft writes drivers for it anymore.
