Fan does not come on, light flashes red/green
Sounds like your battery is dead or not charged or the contacts are dirty
Hi, the fan blade may be jammed. This can occur when blade is bent. I dont know why they bend but you need to remove fan from housing & straignten fins with pliers (gently), until they are correct angle.

Need more details- sounds like dirty contacts though- clean with steel wool and try again- I can only assume it is cordless?If it is clean contacts both on battery and charger- good luck
