White screen!! my LG chocolate screen when white!! I can use the number pad but not the sensor touch pad and the screen is all WHITE!!!!

My lg's camera started to turn my phone off, i do tech work for a wireless company and when i was trouble shooting my own phone as a test i went to my camera and my screen went blank! i tryed every thing, but the master reset. because my screen is blank i need to know the number i will have to enter to get it reset from the key pad.

My lg chocolate phone turn on and lit white screen on..nothing el
The white screen is most often caused by a defective "flex cable" (Connects the keypad section to the display section). When this happened to my girlfriends VX 8500 I found a new cable on eBay for $10 (came with screwdriver and opening tool) and replaced the cable and the issue was resolved. Hope this helps

Touchpad unlock
im not sure what your problem is , I think your saying your touchpad is locked and your screen is white so you cant get it unlocked correct....its either if you hold star in or its the pund sign in and it unlocks the key pad worse case take the battery out and put it back in..... but i work for verizon and you can take that phone in and they will swap it out for you just tell them you didnt do anything physicial to it damage wise and be nice to them because that was a defest on the original chocolate..

LG Chocolate White Screen then changes to Cellphone Provider's "screensaver"
If your screen changes to white or blank, also if the device turns itself off, the problem is probably the flex cable, You can get one from EBay for a few dollars and instructions on how to replace it are here, http://diymobilerepair.co.uk/LGChocolate.html

White screen!!!!!!!
mine did this a few weeks ago. there's no solution; you need a new phone. if you talk to verizon they'll send you a new one for free; they sent me the new chocolate !! if they wanna make you pay the fifty dollars; tell them to google "lg chocolate white screen"...it worked for me :D
