Hi Melanie - Without knowing which model carseat you have we're unable to provide installation directions. Please visit your local retailer for assistance or visit www.maxi-cosi.com then select your country, and the make and model carseat you have for instructions.

I have a second hand rear facing maxi cosi car seat and need to find out how to install this properly? Please send me instructions or installation guide etc.....

Hi Vanessa - We cannot recommend you use a 2nd hand carseat for exactly this reason. A carseat fitted with a 3 point seatbelt requires a physical fitting from a trained member of staff prior to purchase to ensure suitability, and to demonstrate to you how to correctly install it in your car to ensure your child is safe. Please attend an authorised retailer and ask for a carseat fitting from a trained member of staff to establish the most suitable carseat for you and your vehicle and to ensure you know how to fit it correctly.

Can i place the car seat facing front?

Hi - If it is an infant carrier Group 0+ carseat it must never be installed facing forwards. It is designed as a rear facing carseat to keep your child safe in the event of an accident. Always install a carseat according to the instructions.

How to install Maxi Cosi Car Seat Adapter for Bugaboo strollers. I just bought the adapter but can't seem to know how to install it.

Hello - Maxi Cosi do not produce the adaptors to fit their brand carseats onto another brand stroller. For advice on how to fit your Maxi Cosi carseat to this stroller please contact the manufacturer of the stroller as they would be the company who produce the adaptors.

How to attach graco car seat safely to the duoglider

Yes. You will need to make sure you have one of the two tray tables that attach to the seats. Without this, you cannot use the Graco infant seat.

If you have the tray table, ensure it is attached firmly and properly to the stroller frame. Attach the Graco infant carseat facing the rear until you hear that it snaps in. This process is similar to snapping the carseat into the base that is in your car.

every car seat is very different, you will need to read the owners manual if you do not have one anymore here is the email to the manufacture to send for one [email protected]

in general though most seats have a slot under the seat where the baby's legs would go for the rear facing installation which, is required by this infant seat, but to be used safely please please consult the owners manual and rad it for sure, as if not put in properly your child can be seriously injured or killed in the case of an accident

your best bet if you need it in now, is to find a car seat check place near you and have them install it properly, they will also show you how to do it properly too
this link should help
http://www.seatcheck.org/

most police stations and dealerships will do it for you on appointment only basis so contact them as well

just make sure if you go to a car seat check you have your vehicle's owners manual as they / you should refer to it for proper seating of carseats in your vehicle generally center rear is the safest for infants, but not all cars have a LATCH hook up in the center, in which case if they are only on the sides, the drivers side is much safer then the passengers side seating position.
