How would I go about programming c-phones using one dictator ID dictating low priority and high priority jobs? The way I have it now is where I have 2 dictator IDs, one programmed as an automatic high priority and the other ID for low priority and if the job needed to be rushed, they would press the 6 button on the keypad to rush the job.

You should setup 2 different work types. Have the dictator select the work type prior to dictating the job. The higher priority work type should be sorted higher up in the pool script for Enterprise Express. If this is a Straight Talk, simply have the dictator select work type 2 (priority) and that job will come to you first.
