You can get them back, they are still stored in your phone until you restart your phone. they are just not visible to you. They are just jumbled in a sort of recycle bin, if you can imagine. On newer phones like i phone there is programs that you can download to pull the information you want out, but it is very technical. If you have restarted the phone at all, they are deffinetly gone, unless you can get them from carrier, and they are not going to give them to you for just for being nice. Good luck.

Take your cellular phone and send it off to a forensic lab and have the deleted text messages and deleted pics undeleted

Unfortunately your phone has not deleted folder on it. So you can not retrieve those files.
The only way to get back deleted files in inbox is to request them back to senders or operator.

you can retrieve it from your operator company though. perhaps you need to arm yourself with a police report and court order.
