Konica Minolta bizhub 250 -

When making a copy form the document glass (not through the feeder), we are constantly getting the message" reposition original". This message does not go away regardless of whether we reposition the original or not. Copy size is standard 8/12 x 11. What is going on?

create a folder on the pc you want to scan to and share the folder on the network. This must be done or the printer will not see the folder. Then register a new SMB user on the bizhub and direct it to that pc's IP and the shared folder.

I have a problem in bizhub 750 code error c-6708 how can i fix this code error

Might be the Exposure lamp the bright light that comes on under the document feeder make a copy with the doc feeder up does that bright light come on? Or mite be CCD (this is the device that read the original document before it is sent to the LASER) the big black assemble under the big glass. Either one or both mite need to be replaced.

Please reposition orignal bizhub 250

take everything out of the feeder and off the glass open and close the lid and make sure that the sensor that tells the machine the lid has been opened is not stuck if that dosnt work reboot the machine

Lines on documents

when using the document feeder??? if so then place a document on the big glass and make a copy if the line goes away clean the small slit glass to the left of the big glass that glass is what the doc feeder uses

where the document feeder attaches to the copier is small switch that sure pop up when the document feeder is raised and should depress when lower check it

Vertical lines on copy bizhub 160 what can i do?

Does this happen when placing the orginal thur the doc feeder? If so then place a orginal on the big glass section (Must rasie the the document feeder. then make a copy does the line disapear?if so then the image unit section is ok. The problem is the **** glass section (that is the small **** glass the is next to the big glass section.

Lines on pages when copied

lift the document feeder on the machine and there is a small glass about 1.5 inches wide to the left of the big glass clean it with alcohol and try to make a copy to see if the line has gone away if not you will probably need to get the drum and developer unit replaced or the fuser unit replaced.
