I recently have gotten a Logitech PC Headset 880. So I plug it in to use it, and the sounds works fine. But, when I go to record something or speak into it, it is not shown in my control panel and wont work. It says something like SiS 7012 Wave, but no mic. And the SiS has no options for it. What should I do?

Same problem for me, except the headphones wont work with team speak or playing back voice from the sound recorder, I just get a low frequency quiet and very muffled and distoreted sound, Mic works fine with speakers though. :(

your program is probably set to use the wrong input for the mic, check your settings.

Hi, I have a skype approved logitech headset. I can hear sound, but I cannot record sound or communicate on it. I cannot even find the headset as option as Preffered Device in Sound and Multimedia. I am using Windowsxp

The way to install is when you are asked
1.contact internet
2.have disc
3.install from specific location
choose the bottom option.
Then click the box have disc and then go to the location of the file(dont have to be on disc) and install.
