There's a problem with your ear piece...

I think that The secondary camera (front camera) of your phone is not working properly.Open camera and check the secondary camera by pressing option (use secondary camera)if it is not working you need to change the main flex(strip/pate) with good quality.on the other if it is ok first check by moving the Slider 2-3 times.Still its not working just make a comment below........

your mobile has a sensor at the top of you phone which is use to make you screen blank when you keep your phone near your ear to save power during a call.(it may be a sensor malfunction)
2.the vertical lines occurrence is common in all mobiles there's no prb with that!!!!

You can try pushing the reset button on the back of the unit. I have one too and the same thing is going on with mine but the reset does not work for me. I think the unit is of low quality parts and it is most likely dead as far as photos are concerned. Hope this helps.

Please check your mobile mice may be its not working that way the second end user didn't here your.

the original of it can be found in some of phone servicing shops hardly.
but if you want cheap type of it, Chinese models can be found everywhere.
it is right that Chinese types have less quality but they are cheap and can be found everywhere.

The transmitter is faulty inside the phone you cannot repair this yourself.
