I o power what so ever please help

I dont have any power on my zen v plus its the black and green one what can i do

Simply let it sit and let the battery run out. When it's totally battery-dead, plug it back in and let it charge. It will be unfrozen when it's ready. You might also want to try sliding the off button down while you hit reset for a quicker version (doesn't always work)

YOUR MUSIC FILE IS CORRUPTED.When you hook it up to pc .open the files on the zen and format the music file.If you still have a problem.Format the drive and download new drivers here>http://support.creative.com/kb/ShowArticle.aspx?sid=8451.RICHARDM69

if your zen comes with a video converter then slip into you r pc to install. for downloading music you would have to plug your zen into the pc go to windows media player or whatever you have and simply sync your music on to your zen.

this is hardware issues maybe you have shorted capacitor or defective crystal oscillation, this unit needs to diagnose to find the problem..

My Zen V Plus screen will not turn on, I have even tried the reboot thing, and i have tried resetting it, I dont know what to do, please help me.
Get a new zen... its obviously broken. Return it to somebody at the shop you bought it from, and you will get one just like it!
