I would first look at the fl231 problem article under tips and tricks. this tv has no stks ics this could be a simple repair.. i repair alot of these at the shop. let me know/ the first question.... do you have the convegence option in the setup menu. if you do this is a good thing

Thats usually caused by failed or cracked solder on the flybacks connections to the deflection board. I would check the solder first if that doesnt solve the issue you may need to replace the deflection board.
Replace the deflection board. You can get a new ITC222A deflection board PSB-260 from www.tvrepairworld.com which also comes with instalation instructions.
The ITC222 and ITC222A convergence option missing repair kit should repair that issue. The kits available at www.tvrepairworld.com and contains the parts and the CD with instructions
From the symptoms you describe. you have the fl231 fuse problem. Congrations this is a simple fix. please read my article "the fl231 fuse problem" in the tips and tricks section
yes that model is the same itc222 chasis... the fl231 problem is common on all itc222's even more so on that model .. consult the tips and tricks section for the fl231 problem repair instructions
may i suggest reading the ariticle the fl231 problem in my tips and tricks section of my profile. YOu MAY have a 5 dollars 30 minuter fix. Determine if you have the convergence option under the setup option of the customer menu. if you dont then congratulations you have a simple fix. i you do have the convergence option and the autoconvergence then you might have other problems. and will have to troubleshoot further. If so ill talk you through some more. THIS set has NO stk convergence ics. my feeling is the fl231 which i see alot on this perticlar model at the shop
the d52w20 rca chasis itc222 can be difficult to troubleshoot sometimes. there a few things you can assume at this stage. ONe it is NOT the fuse. The processor in this set is seeing a voltage or saftey shutdown issue. and is shuting the set down for saftey. THis is where the troubleshooting begins. High voltage or overcurrent conditions are generely the problem. \technicians have speceil computer diagnostic equipment that can read error codes in the processor. much like in a car. but without it yo0u pretty much have to check things like horizontal ouput transitor.
