Download and install and run this. You may want to go to the settings tab in the program and change it from metric. Then you can see the temperatures of everything in your computer. You can then launch the game and see what the temps do. It is common for fans to speed up when the computer senses large demand on the processor and graphics cards.
SOURCE: can' started my pc
As you are getting beeps when you try to boot up, that are not in any particular sequence, the problem is not easy to diagnose .
The cheapest solution if are confident in taking the cover off your pc is to
1) if you have more than one stick of ram swap them around & try to boot up,
2) if you only have one stick, replace the ram stick
if this does not fix it ,it is a motherboard or a cpu problem
that can mean big bucks.
good luck with that

SOURCE: overheating again!!!!!!
should have 1 fan on the processor blowing down through your heat sink, have another fan takin air out of ur box .many people make the mistake of making all fans blow in.this disrupts airflow. At least 1 fan must exstract to get good air flow . make shure that the heat sink on your proccessor is thightly seated (no Movement) make shure its not filled with dust stopping airflow to the proccessor. look on your Bios for hardware monitoring , cpu heat should be at 40 to low 50 if it works hard. 60 is overheating and the computer will shutdown to protect the cpu from frying .but the dont allways save the proccessor. this is in degrees celcius. Usually thats a sign you need to replace your battery. Ha Ha.
SOURCE: I have a HP dc7600 SFF. Tried to Install 2 graphics cards no vid
The dc7600 SFF only comes equipped with a 240 watt power supply. I think this may be causing your problems.
I am currently looking for a graphics card for the same comp with the HIS ATI HD 4350 in mind, but the website states that a 300 watt power supply is recommended.

If the sound comes from the CPU fan, then it must be over-heating problem. What do you mean by 60 degrees? Celsius or Fahrenheit? Room temperature of 60 degrees Celsius in't an optimum temperature and most of all, most cpu runs below 60 degrees. But since heatsink is installed, it takes care of the heat.
In many cases, this over-heating is caused by clogged dusts inside the box, maybe the CPU fan is or the Heatsink Unit or other components on the motherboard are clogged. Not only the dust, it's also possible that the coolant paste applied on the cpu is dried up which causes over heating between the cpu and the heatsink.
First of all, clean the inside of the box while the computer is Off. Disconnect all the cables, and blow the whole thing (inner compartment) with a Blower several times and clear all the dusts. If you know how to uninstall the heatsink, and the fan, that'd be very helpful. After the heatsink is unmounted, check the contact which places over the processor for coolant paste (white paste similar to white toothpaste). If it's dried or hardened, you'd need to apply some more.
Disassemble the heatsink unit and clear all the dusts. After everything is cleaned and cleared, reinstall everything and check again. Let me know if you notice any difference..
Good luck.
