You need to clone the MAC Address of the PC that can go online directly to the Smartbro connection. Make sure the connection is correct. Your PC should be connected to port 1 on the router and the ethernet from smartbro to WAN or Internet port.

Do you have a key for the wireless? Double and triple check that your typing it correctly and that you have the correct authentication type eg - WEP, WPA, WPA2 etc.
