Ebay.com is the best place to look for. If you buy the LCD itself it is usually expensive. For example, Try the following email. They replace the LCD: [email protected]
But I would suggest you to buy a used camera (one sold for parts, with good LCd) through ebay.com and replace it yourself. You only need to buy a jewellers screwdriver set for $1 from Dollar store. Removing the case is easy (5-6 screws). Once the case is removed, LCD is immediately accessible.
You can buy any one of the cameras: Canon IXUS 30 40 50 SD200 SD300 SD400
They all use the same LCD. So look in ebay.com for the above cameras. You may be able to get it for under $10-15. But before you do anything look at the following web sites to get an idea on how to do the job:http://camerarepair.blogspot.com/2007/11/fixing-or-replacing-broken-lcd-screen.html
With the camera on, have you tried pressing the DISP button once? It's the lower left button on the back of the camera. It manually turns the display on or off as desired to save batteries (you can then aim through the optical viewfinder).
Explain how broken

If it does but is cracked then clear tape will fix it.
If it is 'dead' then nothing will fix it and no repair I would think is possible.
But to be sure check your local web site for repairers or even Canon - but possibly not in Bangla
