Dryer shakes and does not fully dry the load. Was out of balance, i balanced it, but did not solve problem. Dryer doesnt seem to be spinning fast enough.

Hello. Noises are common when using a two-in-one washer and dryer, as clicking or whirring is part of the cleaning process during the transition to the next cleaning process. The GE Spacesaver washer and dryer combo uses a top-loading washer stacked beneath the front-loading dryer, and uses an agitator that makes noises throughout the spin cycle. Although whirring or clicking is normal, other noises or malfunction indicates a problem with the washer that requires minor troubleshooting. Professional repair is necessary if the washer continues to experience problems during the spin cycle, as there may be a problem with the washer's agitator. 1 Open the washer's door and check the balance of the load's clothes. Clothes that are unevenly distributed around the agitator cause excessive shaking and result in an imbalance during the spin cycle. Reduce the load's size by removing clothing if the washer's drum is overloaded. 2 Push "Start/Pause" to pause the spin cycle and turn the washer's cycle knob to the "Off" position. Turn the knob to "Spin Only" and press "Start/Pause" to reset the cycle. 3 Turn the wrench counterclockwise or clockwise around the unit's legs to adjust the appliance's balance. The legs are adjustable with the help of a wrench to ensure the unit does not shake while in use. An unleveled unit shakes as it spins, and causes excessive squealing or rattling as it attempts to dry the clothes. 4 Touch "Start/Pause" on the front of the washer's control panel and unplug the washer/dryer unit's power cord from the electric oultlet. Wait two minutes and plug the power cord back into the electric outlet. Push "Start/Pause" to resume the spin cycle. Thanks.
There can be several causes, the drum off balance would cause the shavings during spin cycle , balance could be one of the the balancing mechanism failed and not running could be the balance sensor shutting down the spin cycle.
You should start by checking the balance shocks .
1. Break your load down into smaller groups. Large, saturated blankets, duvets, blankets and other upholstery can be too heavy for the MDE9700AYW to safely dry. Dry large large items one at a time with some smaller items such socks and underwear to better balance the load. One washer load should equal one dryer load. 2. Confirm that the cycle selector has been pushed down and the dryer door is latched shut. When the dryer door is opened, the cycle is temporarily paused to protect you from injury. Press the cycle selector down to resume the drying cycle once the door has clicked closed. 3. Examine the circuit breakers or fuses in the dryer's electrical circuit. The Maytag MDE9700AYW needs two active fuses or breakers, depending on your home, to operate its electronics and spin the drum. The dryer may not spin if either one of the fuses or breakers is inactive.
try a different socket and try not to use extension leads if the lights continue to flash do not worry for now . the balance problem could be uneven load . or get some one to remove top and check support springson top and dampers at bottom are still in place . and concrete weights are not loose .
The shock absorbers that hold the tank are broken. Then the load will move the washer all over the place.
Look online for an exploded diagram and order the new shocks for it
It may be off one of the guides. Or a balance problem. It may be a bit off balance. Now that you have a new bearing your machine is going to work better. It will spin faster because of the new bearing. When it spins faster you will get vibration. If it is not shaking badly, Try to load your washer balanced.
