I can share own experience with you. Fistrly I bought tub fro my bathroom and few days after I ordered electric toothbrush https://bathroomer.org/best-electric-toothbrush-for-receding-gums/ Besides, a toothbrush with multiple cleaning modes and smart features will help you remove germs and food residues efficiently at different speeds and force that favor your sensitive receding gums.

Your electrical socket may be wrongly wired, with polarity mixed up. Try another socket. Also, some electric toothbrushes need to be "off" to successfully charge. Maybe the flasing red light for 10 seconds is telling you the toothbrush is "on" and not accepting charge.

SOURCE: Electric rechargeable braun toothbrush 500

I had the same problem at the beginning of the year. I think i had bought 3 electric tooth brushes and all seemed to cave in within a couple of weeks. My friend recommended going to Macy's to buy one, which I did and it is still going strong. Maybe you charged it for a very long period of time and it overheat the system circuit? I'm not sure but I would recommend getting a new toothbrush.

Braun electronic toothbrush

Hi,
Make sure you keep the receipts as you are entitled to a full refund if the product fails within a reasonable length of time.

Yes they are designed to self-distruct in as much as the battery will lose it's ability to store charge. This happens if you leave it on charge for longer than is necessary to recharge it fully.

To prevent this from happening, make sure it is fully discharged before recharging. There should be instructions in it for the time needed for a full charge - usually around 4-6 hours for an AA.

Because electric toothbrushes are used in a wet environment, they are usually solvent welded together. If they can be prised apart, you may find a standard "tagged" battery to replace, but the chances of doing this without distruction are small.
