You can delete music manually within Music app or resort to the 3rd-party tool to handle deletion task in batch. Just follow the below steps to do that.

Tutorial for Deleting Music from iPod via Leawo iTransfer

Step 1. Run Leawo iTransfer and connect iPod to computer with USB cable. The software will recognize and detect your iPod.

Step 2. Click the name of iPod and choose Music in the left sidebar. The iPod music will display in the right part of the software window.

Step 3. Hold Ctrl/Shift key to select the songs you want to delete, and click the Delete button at the top middle. Or check the square checkbox beside Name to select all songs, and then click the Delete button.

Step 4. After clicking the Delete button, you'll see a pop-up dialog. Click Yes in the pop-up dialog to start deleting music from iPod.

ITunes.

Go to your iTunes library of music. UNCHECK the songs you don't want from that list. Then resync the phone and it'll remove all that you unchecked from the phone...

Confusing and over complicated, yes. But the list on iTunes is the list in the phone. So what ever you check or uncheck is whats on or off the phone

Iphone 3g camera will not work. get message saying not enough storage

You don't have enough storage space on your Iphone. In order to take more pictures you must delete some stuff to free up your storage. Depending on what you have on your iPhone, you can delete apps, music, photos, videos...etc. This will all give you more space. If you click settings>general it will give you an idea of whats taking up so much room.

I have a problem to download music.

Hi,

As with much to do with the iPhone, there's a bit of a trick to getting this working smoothly so you can have control over your iPhone music, while keeping it as darn easy to work with as possible. The answer? Create a custom playlist for your iPhone music library.
Let me show you how to do it - it's pretty darn easy.
Pop into iTunes and choose File --> New Playlist. Now rename it to something logical: I use "iPhone Sync":
itunes-playlists-iphone.png

Now you can just drag and drop music from your iTunes library (in iTunes, needless to say) into this new playlist. When you're ready, you'll see a bunch of music happily ensconced in the playlist (remember, it's all just "pointers": the actual music files are still safely in the main music library, so if you delete something from a playlist , you haven't deleted the original music file itself):

At the bottom of the iTunes window it shows you how many songs are in the playlist, along with the size and total playing time.
At this point, you need to plug in your iPhone if you haven't already done so. It'll pop up the usual summary screen:

Now click on the "Music" tab and you'll see that you can select "sync playlist". Do that, then select the new iPhone sync playlist you've created

Set things up and that's all there is to it. Now click "Sync" in iTunes and it'll synchronize your playlist with the iPhone music library and next time you click on that ole' "iPod" button on the iPhone, your selections from you music library will be present.
Oh, and one really nice feature of creating this playlist is that you can manage it, adding and deleting songs to your heart's desire, even without your iPhone present. Whatever changes you make are instantly applied to your iPhone music library the very next time you synchronize the device. Suddenly even 8GB might feel small. :-)

Regards

How to download music on a iphone 3g?

there are several ways you can download and put music on your iPhone 3G

1.-Purchase songs in iTunes directly on your iPhone (this will cost you money and require you to create an iTunes account,if you download apps, you already have one).

2.-Insert a CD into the computer you plug your iPhone to, open the CD with iTunes, and rip the contents of the disc into iTunes (iTunes has a tutorial for this if you need further information), sync your phone with your iTunes on the computer and the songs will be added to your song library in your phone.

3.-You can use a P2P (peer to peer) sharing program ex. Frostwire, Winamp, eMule, to download the songs onto your computer. Take note of what folder these downloaded songs are being sent to. In iTunes, select File>add folder to library, a window will open, select the file where the downloaded music is located, and iTunes will add it into the music library in iTunes. Sync your phone with iTunes and the downloaded songs will be added to the music library on your phone

My iPhone stop ringing. It only vibrares. Also the keyboard does not sounds. However I can listen to the radio . What can I do? Thanks a lot. Dolores

Chances are, you turned ON the Silent switch on the side of the iPhone. You'll know that it's turned ON if you see a little red dot (for iPhone 3G & 3GS) or a red line (for iPhone 4). To locate it, refer to the image below: 16aae05.jpg

How to delete songs from the phone

That's easy. Do the following steps:

... If you take a closer look at the first image, on the "Options", this is what you'll see: be39a77.jpg

4. In my case, I sync my entire music library, so if I want to delete a certain song from my iPhone, I just uncheck it from my iTunes music library before I sync. If we have the same case, then you just have to go to your music library (which is the top selection from the sidebar)...

... and uncheck the songs that you want to delete from your iPhone.

But when you sescted the other option - Manually manage music and videos, click on the triangle before youre device's name.
