You need MMS settings along with active GPRS connection. Call your service provider's helpline and ask them to send MMS and GPRS settings to your phone. Once you receive the settings, install them and reset the phone.

They will send you the MMS setting.After you receive please save the settings to your phone. Then you can start send and receive MMS without ant problem.

You will need to receive two text messages from you Network provider and open them this will set your phone up for MMS and the Web.
Contact your provider to send you these messages or sometimes if you do a factory reset these will be sent automatically. If you do this you will loose all MP3 and settings on your phone unless they are stored on a micro-SD card, if not copy them all and take it out

check the person to whom you are sending the MMS also be the same network and they should also activate the MMS then only they can able to receive the MMS from your end....whether you not having the proper settings please contact the custcare

Hi Kim, Contact your provider and ask them to send you there WAP and MMS settings, usually when you recieve theese you switch off your phone, power it back up and YOU need to send a picture to activate the MMS settings with your provider. Good Luck!
hello, normally when u get a phone, service providers setting by default you should be able to send received mms. how ever some cases it my be turned off by ur provider. call them make should they to have mms feature added in ur account and u should be able to send receive mms.
