You can download the audio driver for your model laptop from this WEB site.

Download the drivers from Fujitsu or it will never be correct. Once you have all required drivers, it should be fine, assuming Fujitsu support Win7 that is.

Check in the sound card is cousing conflicts or is turned off in the device manager, check also if you didn't mute your sound card.
Make sure you're installed the soundcard drivers.

you should get the sound card driver (you need to download and install the driver to get sounds back) from fujitsu website.

Sorry I can't find your model, please look around fujitsu's website and contact their customer service if you can't find a driver.

Customer service should send you the drivers.
