Lost instructions to my goodmans x pro GPS185DAB radio and I can't change the dab radio station- I am know stuck listening to absolute radio!!!

To scan for stations; press the Auto button. Press and hold for an international scan.
Once stations are stored, you use the UP and DN buttons to find the one you want then press Select

Have a vivanco sky controller ( for sky+ and sky) and have lost instructions and codes, need to set up controller again.

Clock adds 1 hour overnight

There's no downloadable manual, but the manufacturer has it on a page here. As for the time changing overnight, make sure you have the right time zone set. It's probably wrong now, and the clock is resetting itself each day to what it thinks is the right time.
