How do I factory reset my samsung SGH-T919 if I forgot the screen lock code?

HI Casey Edmondson if you forgot the lock you don't need to a factory reset you need to rest the phone by putting in your gmail email account and then your email password. Next if you forgot the gmail password. you can reset that password on your PC and then you will be able to use your phone. Now if this doesn't work make sure your phone is shut off. Next hold the power button and the volume up and down at the same time until you see a screen that has fast reboot. clear the data and reset all user data. The instructions are on the screen. Up and down volume control the scroll bar. Next this will bring up a droid guy. let it reset the phone. The phone will need to be reprogram and reset up. You will lost all your information. Now if you have not backup your contacts on the SD card or on gmail it will be lost. Their is no way to get it back. Hope this helps
