I had the same issue, and was able to reset it doing the following:

1. I let it recharge for at least a day in bright sunlight
2. I turned the selector to "CHR"
3. I pulled the crown all the way out.
4. I held both buttons down for 5 seconds (don't know if this was what did it.
5. I pushed the crown back in.

It did some funky hand movements stuff and then started off working.

SOURCE: I cannot set the date on my Citizen SkyHawk Eco-Drive

The watch will automatically set the time and date when it is in receive mode (Mode hand is on CAL, TME, RXS) Pull crown out 1 click, turn crown to put mode hand in the ORANGE zone. push crown in. Set on stable surface with the 9:00 position facing the direction of the atomic clock signal. Push and hold lower button for 2 seconds till it beeps. it will enter RECEIVE mode and in 2 -15 minutes it will (if there is signal) update time and date automatically. While in RX mode the lcd windows will flash between RC & RX, the second hand should show signal level between 1 & 3 hr positions.
Do NOT move the watch until it has resumed the one second sweep motion and made a beep.

SOURCE: UTC Dial does not match Digital UTC readout

I finally figured this out... You must zero all the hands by setting the mode to CHR and pulling the stem to the second stop. Go through the process of setting the hour and second hand to zero. The secret is that zeroing the MINUTE hand also controls the UTC display zeroing. You will have to crank it until the UTC display reads 0:00 (24:00). Then go back and set the time and so on as usual.

I have the correct time set in the watch, the main analog clock shows the correct time, but the UTC analog hands19:00 when the UTC digital time is 12:00. How do I reset the UTC analog hour hands?

The hands are driven by the digital. It seems to me you have the wrong digital city. Please review the setting instructions for your Skyhawk at: http://www.citizenwatch.com/

BTW, I love my Titinimum Skyhawk

My Citizen Skyhawk analog UTC hour hand is alway 1 hour ahead of the UTC digital hour. I've tried reset and the hour/min hand alignment process without success. Any ideas other than sending in the watch...

You've gotta go to the set setting, one click out on the knob and cycle through all the timezones using the B button (the lower one) to change all the settings to OF (for winter) or ON (for summer time). According to their website FAQ, they can't determine when daylight savings time goes into effect for all the different time zones so there is no automatic changeover from SMT to normal and back again. Disappointing, I know. I just spent half an hour going through their website looking for some master switchover as well.

How to set the time for citizen eco drive skyhawk.

Hi, This watch is Calibre C651, same as Model #JR3090-58M (Promaster Air Collection - Blue Angels Skyhawk). C651 is not available on Citizen website, but you can use Calibre C650 instructions. Download PDF manual and follow instructions on page 3. They are pretty detailed, so take your time, and you should be successful. If you don't have the manual, Try this link:
http://www.citizenwatches.com.au/instruction-manuals

Take the four-digit Calibre number (C651 or C650 in this case) from the back of the watch, enter it, and download a PDF of your watch setting-instructions/manual.
I hope this helps you. Thanks, Bill

I am trying to set the time zone for Adelaide South Australia which is +10.30 hours UTC. Is thereany way to add 30 min steps to the UTC time setting

Set watch to CHR mode, pull out crown, all dials will return to 0 posn. HR shoul be displayed on left digital panel. Move hour hand by turning crown to posn half way between 12 and one, press top button (MIN should appear in left panel), set min to 6 o'clock posn. Push crown back in and set time for timezone nearest to where you are that is offset by one hour.

Setting model number jr3060-59f

1. set mode to CHR with the bezel fully in.
2. pull bezel out 2 notches. This will set all (or most) hands to 12.
3.press A (top button) repeatedly until you get MIN in the left window
4.turn the bezel to move the min hand forward.
4a. turn the bezel several clicks in quick sucession to get the minute hand to continue to move in the forward direction. This will "drag" the 24 hr UTC hour hand froward 1 hour per 1 revolution of the minute hand. if the minute hand stops before you want it to repeat step 4a. continue till the 24 hr UTC hour hand points to 24.
5. to stop the minute hand turn the bezel backwards 1 click. remember however to approach the 12 position with the minute hand in a clockwise direction.

Citizen Skyhawk Time Adjustment Problem

It is possible to set the main analogue hour and minute hand 30 minutes out of phase with the digital readout, but doing so will also put the analogue UTC dial 30 minutes off. It can be done by using a variation of the proceedure for zeroing the watch hands as follows: 1. Rotate the crown in its normal opering position to set the watch in chronograph mode (mode dial pointing to "chr") 2. Pull out the crown to the second click. This should cause all the hands on the watch to return to zero. "HR" should appear on the left-hand digital display. This will allow you to move the hour hand by twisting the crown. Advance it to about half way between the 12 o'clock and 1 o'clock positions. 3. Press the top button. "MIN" should appear in the left-hand digital display. This allows you to adjust the minute hand. Twist the crown to advance it to the 6 o'clock, or 30 minute, position. Note that this will also move the minute hand on the small UTC dial to the 30 minute position. 4. Press the crown back into its normal position. 5. Reset the digital time and date according to a time zone that is in a one-hour offset from UTC. This is not a perfect solution. Your digital readings will show the correct time for all one-hour offset time zones while your analogue nads are 30 minutes out of phase. Your small UTC dial will also be 30 minutes out of phase with the digital UTC. Hope this helps.
