How do you set time on timex 1440 sport watch

long press the set button
when the time startys blinlking set all paarameters

just change the time from the menu...unless we're missing something here

Use the numbers on the back of your watch and you will have a PDF version of your instruction manual.

Hi I have a 1440 sport watch , somehow I got it into 24 hr mode vs regular time. Can't seem to figure outhow to get it out of this.....HELP :)
