The Turntable Coupling broke on my oven. I have ordered a replacement part. Does the part just pull off the motor shaft. Do I have to disassemble it to get a clip or something out before it will come off?
You will need to remove the motor to get it off.
We have the full R-930AK/AW service manual for this model and have uploaded it to our site here to help you.
You will need the free Acrobat Reader to view or print it.
Here's the procedure:
1. Disconnect the oven from power supply. Remove the turntable tray, and the turntable support out
of the oven cavity.
2. Turn the oven upside down and remove one (1) screw holding the turntable motor cover to the base plate and take off the turntable motor cover.
3. Disconnect wire lead from the turntable motor.
4. Remove the two (2) screws holding the turntable motor and coupling mounting plate to the oven cavity bottom.
5. Turntable motor, Coupling mounting plate and Thermal protection plate bottom will be free.

I just fixed mine! I unscrewed the door on bottom of microwave, and then unscrewed the two screws holding the motor. If the motor is your problem, then you can replace it right there. Very simple. If the coupling is your problem, like in my case, then it looks like I didnt even need to open up the bottom. I ended up prying up the coupling with a screwdriver from inside the oven. I snapped right out, then I snapped the new one in. I screwed the motor back on, making sure the motor shaft was in the coupling. Then screwed the door back on. Simple!
Does it kinda click when it's running? if so its an easy fix
My Microwave-convection oven was purchased in November, 2008. It should still be under warranty. The place the Service number gave me to repair this oven has either moved or changed phone numbers. I need to have my turn table fixed because it does not revolve anymore. I have been trying for a month to get in touch with the repair people only to find out today 3/13/09 that the number given me was wrong. I am not mechanically inclined so I need a repairman. Please help me. I livem in South Jersey.

Thanks!
I have the manual now. When the part arrives I will give it a try. I will post if I discover any tips that will help others.
similar problem ... oven works fine but table intermittanlty turns ... hangs often .. would repacing the motor help or is ther more to the turning mechanism .. when it hangs it clicks.
if there is no weight on the 'thing' that turns - it turns ok - but once there is weight on it - it struggles to turn and creates that clinking noise.
My turntable hangs up also. This unit is installed inside my motorhome and would really like to fix it without removing it if at all possible. Maybe it is still okay even if it doesn't turn?? Help me please
