I have a new Dell Inspiron 1525 with Windows Vista. I am trying to install my Band in a Box system on it. I can not find a driver to run my Roland Sound Canvas SC-8820. Can you help.........

all light scribe should be compatible with windows vista ..the issue is to install the correct program and driver to operate it ..If it has the interface to connect it ..and it sees it and accept the driver ...will work ..It does not depend on the system configuration ...cause if it runs vista its already fast enough and have at least 1 G of ram ..

dell laptops running in windows xp and vista can install any free software as long the software is windows based like xp and vista.

ok what you do is go to control panel and system and then click ur driver and then install the dvd one

firstly u need 2 uninstall the current web cam driver software from your system then

Start --> Run --> %temp% --> Delete all files.


Start --> Run --> prefetch --> Delete all files.

Restart ur system and visit the link below and install the latest driver software for the web cam

Follow this simple Installation step to downgrade Windows Vista to Windows XP.
a. You have to prepare SATA Driver on your USB Disk. You may get the Dell Inspiron 1525 SATA HERE
b. You have to prepare Dell Inspiron 1525 Wireless Card Driver as well known as Broadcom BCM 4311.
c. For Dell Inspiron 1525 Webcam you have to get Creative Labs Webcam that you may get it in the Windows Update Sites.

You don't say what the nature of the installation problem is, but you should make sure you are logged into your computer as an Administrator user. sorry u can't download windows XP u should purchase it and remove vista and install windows XP after installing u should download drivers for the dell laptop Inspiron 1525 of windows XP because vista is pre installed operating system including with drivers
