I have just copied a number of files to the privacy zone, logged out. Clicked USB remove icon in the SysTray. Removed stick when told safe to do so. Now when I enter the V-Safe 100 Login, the dialog box hangs.

It's always a good practice to safely remove your USB flash drive before unplugging it from your computer. This prevents data loss and extends the life of your external storage device. Removing a flash drive from your computer is very easy and doesn't take a long time to do.
Close all files you accessed from the flash drive. This is necessary for the device to be removed properly. Don't forget to save your files before closing the files. Right-click the "USB" icon marked with a checkmark. It is located on the bottom right of your taskbar. From the pop-up menu, click "Safely Remove Hardware." A small window will be displayed. Select the USB flash drive you want to unplug then click the "Stop" button. A confirmation window will appear. Click the appropriate hardware device, then click "OK." The "Safe to Remove Hardware" window will inform you that it's now safe to unplug the USB flash drive from your computer. Click "OK," then click "Close."
First click your phone icon to bring up the dialer, then click your "menu" icon on the bottum left.. from there you get your call settings.. you can click on call restriction and then create new, and select from the source you want.

Go to My computer and see if you see "Removable Disk" if yes then you double click here and you will see the contents of the USB drive. 3. load something from the laptop or PC to the usb just drag document or program from PC drive to usb drive. 4.Go to site called "Ehow" to gain more information. Note of caution donot just pull USB from the usb port it will erase all the information and the USB drive will then be rendered usless. 5. Remove USB in the proper manner that is goto the "task bar and look for the "safe to remove hardware" icon or go to the "my computer" icon select the "removable disk" icon ( right click) and the select "eject" if the drive is busy or a message comes up that it is then closed all programs associated to it and the "Eject" the drive and remove it from the USB port. That means that your last backup has failed. This could be caused by a number of issues and you should double click on the icon to open the program and check the log. Normally when you are attempting to backup a file that is locked by the OS such as a system file it will fail to copy. This could also happen if a file was moved or removed that was flagged to be backed up while the backup process was running or if you ran out of free space. Honestly, your software's error log will be the best thing to check for a solution.
In order to delete your privacy zone, you have to get the application once more.
