All cell phones can be tracked at least as far as proximity of location(Cell phones need to know what towers are close by to connect to) but I think your talking more along the lines of GPS tracking which the LG 500G does not have. And I believe proximity location tracking is only available to emergency and police services.

Basically there are 2 steps to achieving using a track as ringtone with your phone. First you download the track; secondly you set that track as your ringtone.

Connect your phone to your PC and copy the track you want to set as ringtone to your phone. To do this right click on the track and select "send to." A menu list pops up.
