How to service/ reassemble Kenwood A700D Hi, I've got my Grandma's Kenwood A700D and we need to take it apart to give it a clean and re-grease it. I've had a search on here and seen that Guru BGR1 often replies to questions and has information on how to do this, but asks the questioner to email for details. I can't find how to email people to ask. If anyone could help or tell me how to do it that would be wonderful. Thanks.

Service advise for kenwood a700d
The planetary gear housing is filled with grease. Seeing oil come out would indicate that grease has started to or has completely broken down. Take the planetary apart (One nut and a clip), clean out the old grease and liberally repack with a food grade grease something like PTFE Super Lube .
