Why my ST50 Samsung camera cannot work even after battery being charged. If I put on photo taking or video icon it will beep and then it gets turn off. Thanks Helen

No error message. After playing with it, now the len is freeze it cannot retract back.
Please help. I now don' t have a great deal of good opinion on this camera.

So, it is lens malfunctioning. It is possible that something might be stuck inside the lens mechanism (like a grain of sand) . Try holding your camera with the lens facing the ground and then tap your camera repeatedly. You can also try applying canned air through the lens.
