When i open the main camera on my phone(n700 it close automatic

Usually this is an indication that your camera is broken. When the phone tries to access it, it can't so it the application crashes. pull the battery and let the phone rest for a few minutes. Put it back in and start the phone, if it still doesn't work then its not a software related problem or glitch, but a physical problem with the camera or its connection. It won't be an easy fix for a consumer to do.
