I am getting a continuous beeping sound and an error code of F-7 on the Display panel. I had this problem once before and my manual told me how to solve it. I cannot locate my manual. Can you help.

Warning! To avoid personal injury or even death, always disconnect your appliance from its power source--that is, unplug it or break the connection at the circuit breaker or fuse box--before you do any troubleshooting or repair work on your appliance. Also, because some components may have sharp edges, use caution while working on your appliance.

thanks for fixya
I have a procedure that is supposed to indicate if the control (circuit
board) is bad, or the key panel is bad. Instructions to make this
determination state
1.Push CLEAR/OFF pad
2.Disconnect ribbon cable from control and wait at least 32 seconds to see if Code recurs.
*If code recurs, problem is in the control. Replace control
*If code does not recur problem is with the Key Panel
When the F7 code cannot be cleared, the only function
that works is the clock display - no keypad functionality - so you
cannot turn on the oven. I have fixed this problem at least temporarily
by turning off the breaker and removing the keypad and cleaning the
ribbon cable contacts, put it back together, switch on the breaker and
it works
tech sheet gives instructions on how to read error
codes stored in eeprom memory, that is, push timer, clock, and '9'
together. When displayed push '8' and '6' to clear (hold them until it
clears).
always turn off the circuit breaker first.
Open the oven door (if you have a double oven, it should be the upper
one) and remove three screws (on some models just two on corners) from
the bottom of the control panel. If the control panel on your oven is
made of stainless steel, then you have to pull the oven out of the
cabinet for about 2′ to 3′ to get better access. Pull the control panel
forward and up to remove the tabs on the top of the frame, out of the
holes in the end caps. Pull the control panel out and turn it about 90°
toward yourself (the face of the control panel down). Unplug the
control panel ribbon from the ERC. Remove four screws holding the ERC
to the control panel. On some models you also have to remove the screw
which attaches the ground wire to the control panel. Let the ERC hang
on its wires, remove the old control panel and replace it with the new
one. On some models before you do it, you have to remove the end caps
and the bottom shield from the old control panel and install them on
the new one. Do not forget to plug the new control panel ribbon into
the ERS slot. Attach the new control panel to the oven and turn the
circuit breaker on.

In the manual I had there was a troubleshooting section which told me how to correct this problem. The manual on line did not address that. Please help.
