I bought a used precious planet cradle swing and it is missing one of the safety straps. How do I fix that?

You can actually use a length of web strap (put a metal washer between the screw head and the strap).

Or, you can use some "steel hanger strap":

All you need to do is rotate the seat. You have to just grab the seat and turn it your self the pole doesn't move but the seat itself does.

If not, you could get a good inexpensive replacement buckle/strap and latch at JoAnn or WalMart in the Fabric section. I've used that to replace the buckle on an outdoor baby swing. It helps if you slightly "melt" the cut ends so they don't fray. Hope this helps.
