Power to the Front Panel?

A) The plastic front of your computer is the Front Panel

B) The area of pins sticking up on the motherboard, that the wires from the Front Panel go to, is the Front Panel header.

Model D3057F3H Want to use it to power a car radio. What is the on / off connection and what is the 12V out let than can handle 5amp

Check the label on the power supply for the current rating on 12 volts.
The +12 volt is the yellow colored wire and the black is the ground.
To turn on the switch mode power supply connect pin 14 (for a 20pin connector) or pin 18 (for a 24pin connector) to ground.
You can use a switch so you can turn the power supply ON and OFF.

Please click on this link for diagrams of the 20 and 24 connector pinouts :-
