I need to download the LACIE setup assistant and can't find my software. Does anyone know where I can find this program to download. I need to format my Lacie drive for windows. Thanks

Lacie doesn't provide downloading of the Setup Assistant. If your mobile disk is not mounting on a PC, you can fix it on a Mac.
Go to Utilities > Disk Utilities and select your external hard drive. Make sure to select the parent drive so you could see the option of erasing the disk in MS-DOS FAT. Click on Erase.
Your mobile disk should now work with Mac and PC.
