I got to get my printer working and i dont have the software cd

this is the link where you can download the software to set up your printer again on your new router. under the software link, choose the link that says "Canon PIXMA Wireless Setup Assistant (Windows)"

just u have to install full software for printer and follow the instructions in the software...hope it will work...if u dont have full software cd of ur printer simply download it from the net...

The Lexmark OCR scan software can only be installed using the installation disk that came with the printer. Sadly, it's not available for download from the internet. You can contact Lexmark technical support to request for the CD.Thanks.

its the common problem of the printer software which is installed in your laptop.
just delete the software and reinstall the software again with printer driver cd.and then check out.it will work.

if the printer is connected wireless.then connect it with usb wire and also check out,.the cost of usb wire is not more then $3.

I found a site that lists driver software for your Canon printer. Download the file, scan it for viruses before installation and then install it.

Well, lets try this:

Delete the printer from your computer and uninstall the software.

Boot the computer into Safe Mode by tapping the F8 key when the computer begins booting.

Disable or close any anti-virus software you have running.

Make sure the USB cable is connected before installing the software.

If you get any "New Hardware Wizard" just close the window.

Install the CD software. (The CD should work for XP.)

Reboot.
