SOURCE: how to connect tv out from the gigabyte motherboard GA-MA69VM-S2
making the plug will probably be impossible with your resources, like u said its an option and the software and video drivers might not be installed for the function to work. u must install a tv tuner to receive the signal before u can av out

SOURCE: Gigabyte GA-945GCMX-S2 Motherboard having display..
At first I thought your screen went black during the start up process. After seeing the bios screen. In which case I would've said it was a bios setting for the display. Then I realized that I think you mean that their is no display at all. When you push the power button. Only the monitor led light. So, it may be a problem with your RAM stick/s. You should make sure that they are properly seated in the mother board. If they are new, make sure they are compatible with that motherboard. If you can you should swap them out with known good ram sticks. You could also try installing a video card and see if you can get display to work through that one. Make sure your main power supply wire connector is pushed in all the way. Swap the power supply with a known good one if you can. If still can't get it to work you may want to take the motherboard out and inspect it for burns, cracks, and anything that doesn't look right. Maybe contact the manufacturer of the motherboard and ask them what you can check. hope this helps.

Hello
That's normal condition. Probably your RAM shares it's capacity with internal video card (which uses the whole 256MB)

Intel dual core processor? Which 2.10GHz one? Model number. I want to find out what the FSB is. At this point I would test the Power Supply voltages. From your diagnoses it looks to be a bad Power Supply, with a weak voltage power rail. Test the three main voltages, and tell me what they are. (The 3.3 Volt power rail, the 5 Volt power rail, and the 12 Volt power rail) If you are not familiar with this procedure, post in a Comment, and I'll lead you through it. A Power Supply with a weak voltage power rail, will not have enough power to turn the Processor on. { 1) If ALL of the LED lights were on at once, they would use less than 1 Watt of power. 2) EACH fan uses 2 to 3 watts. 3) A typical Processor can use from 51 to 125 Watts. Just depends on what processor it is. I'll bet your 12 Volt power rail is low. Test any Yellow wire. Computer on, connect the red probe lead of the multimeter to a Yellow wire. Connect the black probe lead of the multimeter to ANY black wire. Is it close to 12 Volts? (DC)
dual core E2180 2.0 ghz 10 x 200
