First Option: Phone in the Other Sim and check the Phone Network Signal If Network Signal Problem not Solved So Secend Option: Your Phone Network IC Fault So Please change Network IC And Network Signal Problem will Solved if it is there isn't much you can do on this side of the network. Contact your phone company
Go to phone settings click on the network,it will bring out list check the one that says network indicator then check on it, it will show off/on then click on. it will start to indicate if not that means the phone is bad.
Format your mobile with ufs. If the problem exist there, then flash it If it again shows the problem then go to a mobile repairing shop because its lcd or display ic may be found faulty.

Network IC Problem. We also faced the same problem here. The Signal Bar shows Full Strength for a few Seconds and immediately drops down to Zero Strength but it Displays the Operator Name.
Your display circuit is broken, even if the LCD-panel,
seems to be ok the display is damaged.
This is a very common problem in Nokia phones.
The only way to fix this is to change the display.
You need a T-6 Torx Skrewdriver to do the job.

It may due to bad display........sometimes it happen when the mobile fall down..It works properly but camera and video may face problem..
