Goes through all the motions but does not print

Hi, the problem is the print head, even if the cartridges are full if the print head is defective, blank print/copies will come out

Your Printhead is Faulty. Needs Replacement

gabriel, have you tried to 1. clean and 2 allignment of cartridges using the tool function.?

Sounds like your print head is clogged. Follow the manufacturers instructions for cleaning the print-head.

have you checked the ink levels?

Inkjet printers need to be used frequently to prevent ink drying out and blocking the print head nozzles.
If the print head cleaning maintenance routine does not clear the blockages, then print head needs replacing, but it may be expensive.
It may be more cost effective to buy a later model and better printer than replace the print head.

Possible causes: Empty cartridges or new cartridges with cover strip still on the contacts, plugged printhead, wipe with warm water on paper towel to see if all colors are there, also physicallyclean the black cartridge. Try to print. If not working, use the printhead clean and or prime in the printer's maintenance tab.

Your printer cartiage will be out of ink.

Or it will be dry cause of not used from long time.

Change the printer cartiage may fix this problem.
