Go to System Preferences, then Print and Fax. Highlight the printer and click (-) sign to delete printer. Then click (+), highlight the printer and click ADD. Try printing again.
What model? If it has a touch screen do what it says: In "scanner mode" touch the "status" button on the screen..all scans show up with the status.Touch the appropriate scan, and touch "delete" (or cancel)
You need to restart the print spooler service. Go to control panel>Administrative Tools>Services>there will be a list of programs. Find Print Spooler and right click on it. Stop service then restart. That will clear the print queue and allow you to start printing again..good luck let me know if you have any questions.
If you have Vista, you probably have to run this with administator privilages (UAC). For XP and older Windows operating systems, you can start and stop the spooler from the command prompt (or Start Run).
