Base on my experience on using the bluetooth on any mobile phone.. there is no permanent passcode in it.. you can set any passcode everytime you make a connection to another phone.. if someone you know sent you a file thru bluetooth the connection will ask a passcode from then you type any passcode then make sure you tell the sender what password you set on your bluetooth to make the connection..
